28taka Terms and Conditions — A complete guide for members

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between 28taka and its members. By using the 28taka website or app, or by creating an account, you automatically accept these terms.

To create an account on 28taka, the following conditions must be met:

• A valid mobile number is required
• Each individual may register one account only
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful
• Registering with incorrect or false information is strictly prohibited
• Registering an account under someone else's name or details is prohibited

After registration, 28taka may request identity verification at any time. Failure to verify may result in account suspension or termination.

You are fully responsible for the security of your 28taka account. Never share your login credentials and update your password regularly.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact support. 28taka will never ask for your password by email or phone.

28taka may charge a monthly maintenance fee on inactive accounts (no transactions for more than 12 months). You will receive an email notification before your account is classified as inactive.

28taka accepts deposits via mobile banking, bank transfer, and internet banking. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits vary by payment method.

• The account used for deposits must be registered in your own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
• Successful deposits are credited to your wallet instantly
• For deposit issues, contact support with your transaction ID

Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will not be approved without verification. Minimum withdrawal is BDT 300.

• Live game results are final and not subject to appeal

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 28taka. Any involvement may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of the associated balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Use of fraudulent or harmful software
• Systematic abuse of the bonus system (bonus hunting)
• Selling or transferring your account to another person
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
• Fraudulent conduct toward other members
• Exploiting system errors to gain unfair advantages
